
While we were at Hannah's last week she taught us about this super easy, caramel oatmeal. It's kinda like caramel corn, only with oats instead. It makes a really nice fall treat, and is
super easy to make.
Caramel oatmeal:3/4 cups brown sugar
1 stick butter
pinch of soda
Bring to a boil and add 2 cups old fashioned oats. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

It is
wonderful as an ice cream topping:

Then last night I stewed some cinnamon apples then put this on the top and baked it for apple crisp. Yum!
